Matcha Latte Oatmeal

This Matcha Latte Oatmeal is so easy to make. It makes a great filling breakfast. You can now get your matcha and meal all in one place!

Can be made vegan. Taste Yummy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup rolled pats
  • 1-2 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp cacao nibs

Instructions:

  1.  Heat the milk in a small saucepan.
  2.  Mix in the oats, matcha and maple syrup.
  3. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat.
  4. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour into a bowl and top with Greek yogurt. Sprinkle with matcha powder and cacao nibs.
