This Matcha Latte Oatmeal is so easy to make. It makes a great filling breakfast. You can now get your matcha and meal all in one place!
Can be made vegan. Taste Yummy!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup rolled pats
- 1-2 tsp matcha powder
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp cacao nibs
Instructions:
- Heat the milk in a small saucepan.
- Mix in the oats, matcha and maple syrup.
- Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat.
- Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour into a bowl and top with Greek yogurt. Sprinkle with matcha powder and cacao nibs.
