Ingredients:
1 cup of coconut or almond milk
1 tsp of Culinary Matcha Powder
2 tbsp of boiling water
1 tsp of lucuma powder
1 tsp of coconut oil
1 tsp of coconut sugar
½ tsp of cinnamon
Method:
First things first, turn on your kettle. While that’s boiling pour your nut milk into a saucepan with the coconut oil and cinnamon. Bring to a slow simmer over 1-2 minutes.
While the milk simmers, place your Culinary Grade Matcha, coconut sugar and lucuma into a mug and add the boiling water. Mix well and set aside.
Once the almond milk has simmered for a few minutes, transfer to your blender and blitz for 30 seconds until frothy. Pour over the Matcha mixture and enjoy immediately.
