Goji Berry Chia Seed Pudding Share

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Salba Chia Seeds
  • 3 tbsp Organic Traditions Goji Berries
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Organic Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Rockwell’s Organic Toasted Coconut Chips

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a glass container. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate overnight. Overnight the chia seeds will gelatinize, making for a delicious, filling superfood pudding.
