Pavilion of Price Teng
It is located just west of Nanchang and is one of three famous pavilions south of the Yangtze River.
This pavilion gained its reputation to a great extent because of a well-known poem called ‘Preface to Tengwang Pavilion’ by Wangbo, a reputable poet of the Tang Dynasty.
It also has the reputation of being the ‘First Pavilion of Xijiang River’ and has been widely admired by visitors from all over the world. In terms of its height, overall size and architectural style, this pavilion is a prime example of such buildings for which China is justifiably famous
Suojiang Tower
Located on the bank of the Yangtze River, in Jiujiang City, Suojiang Tower is the name given to a group of ancient buildings, including Suojiang Tower, Suojiang Pagoda(Wenfeng Pagoda), and four iron oxen guardians.
The tower was firstly built in 1586 by an official of Jiujiang City, Wu Xiu, in the Wanli Reign of Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). It was built because the low-lying city of Jiujiang, surrounded on three sides by the Yangtze River, was vulnerable to flooding. So people hope that tower can protecting from flood damage.
Mt. Lushan is a well-known tourist attraction both in China and abroad.
It has advantage position to the south of China’s longest river, the Yangtze River, to the north of the Tengwang Pavilion, to the east of the railway from Beijing to Kowloon and to the west of China’s largest freshwater lake, the Poyang Lake.
There are so many beautiful, wonderful, amazing views here that can’t express in words. The major spots include Wulao Feng, Sandie Spring, Lulin Lake, Flower Path, Ruqin Lake, Jinxiu Valley, Xianren Dong and Donglin Temple, etc.
It is said that you are not a true visitor here if you miss Sandie Spring.
Because it is considered to be the best of the Lushan waterfalls.
