I N G R E D I E N T S

Base:
3 raw egg yolks
80 grams of powdered sugar
250 grams of cream
20 grams of Great Rise Matcha

Decoration:
½ cup of Freeze dried strawberry dice

D I R E C T I O N S
1. Put 3 raw egg yolks and 80 grams of sugar into a clean and dry stainless steel bowl and whip them with electric mixer in high speed.  When you lift the mixer, egg liquid falls like ribbon, please stop whipping.

2. Put 250 grams of cream and 20 grams of Great Rise Matcha into a clean and dry stainless steel bowl, whip them with electric mixer in high low speed.  When the cream is about to turn up the whipped texture  instead of liquid cream, please stop whipping.

3. Mix the whipped egg liquid and Matcha cream together with hand blender thoroughly, freeze 5 hours.  Decorate the Matcha Ice cream with ½ cup of freeze dried strawberry dice and then you can enjoy the beautiful and yummy Great Rise ice cream.
