Creamy Set Dessert with Berries

Ingredients:

• 6 sheets white gelatin;                  2 cups  cream (at least 30% fat);
• 3 tablespoons sugar;                     1 vanilla pod (cut in half lengthways);
• 2/3 cups fresh raspberries (some set aside to garnish);
• 1 raspberry liqueur;
• powdered sugar;
• chocolate decoration (to garnish);
