Matcha Macaroon recipe

Matcha adds a bright green hue and a sense of earthy goodness to everything it touches.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 6 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 3 tsp matcha powder
  • 6 Tbsp honey

Directions

  1. Blend coconut flakes and coconut oil in food processor on high for 5 minutes, scraping down the sides every minute.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until incorporated.
  3. Chill mixture in fridge for 20 minutes.
  4. Form 1 in balls and place onto a parchment lined sheet tray.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour.
