Matcha Macaroon recipe
Matcha adds a bright green hue and a sense of earthy goodness to everything it touches.
Ingredients
4 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
6 Tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp sea salt
3 tsp matcha powder
6 Tbsp honey
Directions
Blend coconut flakes and coconut oil in food processor on high for 5 minutes, scraping down the sides every minute.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until incorporated.
Chill mixture in fridge for 20 minutes.
Form 1 in balls and place onto a parchment lined sheet tray.
Chill for at least 1 hour.
