During the worktime break, treat yourself to a refreshing matcha dessert for your hard work! This is also one of my favorite quick breakfasts. All the ingredients are simple, easy to access, and just take minutes to prepare. Matcha contains up to three times more tea polyphenols than regular green tea, boosting metabolism while being gentler than coffee.  Especially, it’s additive-free, naturally healthy, and suitable for everyone. Most importantly, it provides steady energy while keeping calorie intake low, making it particularly friendly for people who are managing their weight. I highly recommend everyone giving it a try! 🌿Matcha Oreo Yogurt Recipe 🌿

Ingredients:

  • Greek yogurt – 150g (1 cup)
  • Matcha powder – 5g
  • Condensed milk – 5g (optional, for sweetness)
  • Oreo crumbs – 5g

Instructions:

  1. Scoop one cup (150g) of plain Greek yogurt into a bowl, or, for convenience, grab a small single serving cup of Greek yogurt from the store.
  2. Add 5–6g of matcha powder and stir gently in circular motions until the matcha is fully dissolved.
  3. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add 5g of condensed milk and blend it well with the yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle Oreo crumbs on top for a crunchy texture and extra sweetness.
  5. Now, you can enjoy your creamy and energizing matcha treat!
